Root Cause Analysis
This is the new "Performance Root Cause Console" accessed via the "Root Cause" alarm-based diagnostic tool showing correlated abnormalities relating to the selected alarm. Here we see that CPU utilization on the database server is higher than usual. This abnormality is also scored the highest, making it the most likely cause of this sample application performance problem.
In this situation, the service level requiring that the "Bill Pay" transaction complete in less than 15 seconds has been violated for at least 5 minutes. Utilizing the knowledge of your infrastructure, ProactiveNet analytics eliminate all the issues that appear to have no logical connection to the alarm.
