1. Initial Deployment (Starter Pack) Services

Note: 8-days of Professional Services are included in the starter pack covering the following tasks for a typical mid-size environment.

Architecture & Planning

• Architecture and naming standards/conventions conference call meetings and documentation
• Review network architecture and application architecture diagrams
• Provide guidance to the creation of an architecture design, naming standards/conventions.
• Provide on-site guidance with the creation of groups, views, etc.

ProactiveNet Installation

• Install and/or migrate existing ProactiveNet server
• Upgrade and install patches as needed
• Verify Installation/migration via data collection

ProactiveNet Deployment

• Install Agents
• Deploy Monitors
• Verify data collection

NOTE: If the environment is larger or there are special circumstances that require any professional services time to assist with deployment beyond the 8 days will be done on a special T&M rate.

2. Post Deployment Review after 90 Days - 1 Day
